Caregiver Application

Home Care Network, Inc. (HCN) will accept Caregiver applications from qualified individuals.

Home Care Network is a personal services referral agency and does not employ Caregivers. We match Caregivers with Clients.

The Clients pay the Caregivers directly. HCN carefully screens, tests and interviews potential Caregivers so we can ensure that our Clients receive the highest quality care available.

To start the process, please answer the questions below.

Yes No	I am at least 21 years of age
Yes No	I have at least one current year of related work experience
Yes No	I am a US citizen or have legal work status

Once a Caregiver is accepted by Home Care Network, A Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) E-Verify background check will be performed.
