Our Caregivers
Home Care Network, Inc has screened and selected individuals with experience in elder and home care. They are selected on the basis of their experience, references, a personal interview, and a commitment to care giving. The Caregivers can be Nurse's Aides, Certified Nurse's Aids, Live-Ins, and Homemakers.
Home Care Network, Inc has an extensive pre-screening process, which each individual is subjected to prior to being listed as a qualified Caregiver. The screening process includes:
- 6 positive references, 3 work related and 3 personal
- Equifax Persona screening, Social Security Number and credit verification check
- Provide documentation, which proves the Caregiver is eligible to work in the U.S.
- Once a Caregiver is accepted by Home Care Network, A Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) E-Verify background check will be performed
- Have a DMV record check on file and copy of current auto insurance
- Have a current physical exam and tested for TB yearly
- Have a personal interview with the Home Care Network manager
- Pass a Caregiver and orientation written exam
- Read, write, and understand the English Language
- Be current in CPR procedures
All Caregivers work as Independent Contractors, Self Employed Workers or as a Domestic Employee. They will negotiate their own rates, based on the level of care, and within a given price range, directly with the family. We will assist you with current market rate information.
