The Home Care Network Process

• A social and physical needs assessment will be done by phone to determine the type of care needed and the skill level of the Caregiver.
• A schedule will be set-up as determined by the client/family.
• Home Care Network does have a 4 hour minimum. You are in charge of your care because the Caregivers work for you.
• Home Care Network does not dictate to you what your schedule is to be or the care that is to be provided.
• We let you chose the Caregiver you trust and feel comfortable with.  
• After you decide to use Home Care Network, and choose a schedule of  hours and days, we will select several Caregivers for you to meet and interview.
